TIPS:  While fueling your vehicle at the pump, do not get back into the vehicle without touching a metal part of the vehicle; away from the gas fill point, first.  Touching the metal, like a door, reduces the build up of static electricity and reduces the chance of fire.  Women are victims of gas pump static electricity fires 75% of the time due to the fact they have gone back into their cars to get their purse or they have children in the car.
